We separate publications of Viktor Arturovich Pleskov (1907-1951) from the lists of Frumkin school publications, as he never belonged to this school directly (but was very close to it). Many of these works are unique, as our current knowledge of electrode potentials in non-aqueous solvents is still incomplete and sometimes disputable. There is a large series “Physico-chemical properties of solutions in liquefied gases“, with numbers and subtitles. At this stage we found Parts III (1931/32), IV (1932), VI (1933), VIII, IX, XI (1935), XV, XVII, XVIII (1937), XXIV (1939).

V.A. Pleskov was very active in discussions of Kanevskyi’s ‘absolute potential’. This exhausting discussion contained a number of misunderstandings and sometimes mixed terminological and substantive points, but it is surely of historical interest.
