This educational program was collected at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) during 2009-2022. It is mostly based on the original study track ‘Quantum nanostructures, materials and devices‘ (in Russian) for experimental physicists, headed by Prof. Valery Ryazanov. The pilot course ‘Chemistry for physicists’ was also arranged for a wider MIPT audience. The most important parts will be translated for this site later.
